business.
From
the chemical point of view we are working mainly on two-component epoxy systems,
curing at ambient or elevated temperature. These systems consist of amine hardeners,
e.g. based on modified aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polyamines or Mannich-bases
and usually modified liquid epoxy resins.

We
also offer flexibilising products based on blocked polyurethanes and suited
to amine hardeners, which are used in crackbridging concrete coatings and for
the flexibilisation of rigid epoxy systems.
One focus of our work is the development of environmentally friendly water-borne
epoxy hardeners and systems for civil engineering, maintenance and corrosion
protection applications.
New products are developed in our state-of-the-art equipped research laboratory
at Ruesselsheim.
Furthermore, we use external laboratory and testing-facilities, which give us
an access to all analytical methods of importance and allow realistic product
testing, yielding substratespecific results according to the latest standards.
